HF Debt GmbH, based in Hanover, is the exclusive advisor to the HF Private Debt Fund, SCSp and the HF Private Debt Fund II SCSp. The funds specialize in the provision of private debt financing for SMEs.

HF Private Debt provides access to the market for private debt financing, especially for smaller companies with financing requirements of EUR 4 to 15 million. With a clear focus on the DACH region, HF Private Debt invests in companies with a multi-year history in the case of growth financing, succession solutions and buy-outs by private equity investors. 

The focus is on companies with an EBITDA of EUR 2 million or more without a specific sector focus. 

Capital is currently being invested from the HF Private Debt Fund II SCSp, which had its first closing in November 2021 with a volume of around €120m. Together with the HF Private Debt Fund, SCSp, around €230m AuM is currently under management.
